Due to the pace and demands of modern life many people suffer from stress at one time or another. As a Systematic Kinesiologist I may not be able to remove stress from peoples lives but I have several simple tools for reducing the affect stress has on the body. The client need not reveal his/her stress but just bring it to mind. Then I hold or tap specific acupuncture points on the body. This often helps people to feel more relaxed and less worried by that particular stress. The person will no longer hold that stress in the body as before.
A phobia is an extreme fear that a person feels about a situation, a place or even an animal. People with phobias often try to organise their lives around avoiding the thing they fear. This is not always possible however and these people get palpitations and panic attacks over seemingly normal everyday events. Taking a flight, travelling on a lift or seeing a dog close by can cause panic and terror. With Systematic Kinesiology we can do a lot to help people with phobias. We work very gently with the person’s accupunture energy system tapping lightly on various body points. This clears the phobia from the deep sub-conconcius level where it is most active. We have seen great results from using this method. It can literally change a person’s whole life for the better in one or two sessions.
Bach Flower Essences is a remedy system of 38 different essences discovered by Dr Edward Bach in the 1920s. Bach Flower remedies are very gentle and safe to use by people of all ages. They are a powerful healing system on their own. “Rescue remedy” is a very popular Bach flower available in most health food shops. People often use it taking a few drops by mouth before stressful events like exams and driving tests. When used along with Systematic Kinesiology the Bach remedies work even better as we can muscle test to find the best one for each person. Bach remedies work on the emotions and energy system of the body. They are great to use in times of stress, fear or grief. The remedy bring feelings of calmness and peace of mind.
